In the Stillness

In the stillness of morning

We hear,

‘Neath the shimmer of moonlight

We see,

In the deepening shadows

We find light,

In the prayers beneath covers

We beseech,

In the dawn of each day

We see hope,

In the smile of strangers

We find love,

In the friends who listen

We find trust,

In the children we've borne

We see tomorrow,

In our life

We seek more days

To hear,

See,

Find light,

Beseech,

Hope,

Love,

Trust

And

Find tomorrow.
